Resident urges code enforcement after tall weeds, standing water at Artist Drive solar parcel

During public comment, resident Diane Monaco of 644 Artist Drive said vegetation behind a recently approved solar parcel on Artist Drive has not been maintained and that the property now has tall weeds, standing water and pest problems. Monaco said she has photos and video from August 31 and this evening showing grass 12 inches tall and alleged that code enforcement told her staff could not legally enter the private parcel because a rope had been placed at the driveway.
