The Kent County Regional Planning Commission recommended conditional approval of application CS-26-04, a site plan for ProCut Tree Services. Commissioner Goughrey moved the motion, which referenced staff and public hearing exhibits dated 09/03/2026 and found the site zoned AC and the proposal consistent with the comprehensive plan. The motion granted a waiver from frontage sidewalk requirements and listed conditions to be met before final plan approval, including a letter of no objection and cross-access easement for shared septic and stormwater infrastructure.
