The Kent County Regional Planning Commission voted to recommend conditional approval of application CS-26-05, a minor underground propane field proposed at Cattail Creek. Commissioner Goughrey moved the motion, citing staff exhibits and findings that the site is zoned AC (Agricultural Conservation) and that the plan "will not be adversely affected" to public health, safety and general welfare as described in the staff report.
