Greeley County commissioners enter executive session on litigation, return with no action
On Aug. 25 the board entered executive session at 9:37 a.m. to discuss litigation and exited at 9:55 a.m.; County Attorney Joe McNally attended and the minutes record that no action was taken.

Commissioner Joe Leslie moved at 9:37 a.m. to enter executive session "for the purpose of discussing litigation," seconded by Dennis Wadsworth. The motion carried on a roll-call vote recorded as all yes; present in executive session were the board and County Attorney Joe McNally.
