Nobles County acted to terminate the existing contract with EagleView (Pictometry) and accept an amendment intended to enhance county aerial-imagery services. The amendment includes 1-inch-per-pixel imagery and a Change Finder program; county staff said the services are used by multiple departments and quasi-governmental partners for parcel views and enforcement purposes.
