Chair Mark Higgins convened the Centre County Board of Commissioners emergency meeting at 4:38 p.m. on Sept. 3, 2026, at the Willowbank Office Building in Bellefonte. The minutes list Commissioner Amber Concepcion and Commissioner Steven Dershem as present, along with Administrator John Franek Jr. and Executive Office Supervisor Erin Good.
