At its Dec. 2 meeting the commission voted unanimously to accept an offer to purchase two parcels identified as Map C08‑0063 (376 Broad St.) and Map C08‑0087 (184 Wells St.). The minutes show Commissioner Timothy Biddle moved to accept the offer and Commissioner Jason Frost seconded; the vote was unanimous.
