District staff told the board that Signature Health will replace Crossroads in the role of reimbursable regional partner for school-based counseling services after the county moved reimbursable rates to Signature Health. Administrators said the school-based counselor will be on campus five days a week providing individual and group counseling, preventive services and targeted interventions.
