On Aug. 25 the Board of Aldermen approved Bill No. 2026-37, adding subsections to Section 405.830(C) to permit the board to consider requests to waive building and permit fees for clearly defined public purposes. The vote was unanimous and the bill was forwarded to the mayor and recorded as Ordinance No. 2.224.
