Kenneth Fuller, who identified himself as the senior parent liaison for Taylor County, asked the council to allow a youth program to use Law Bridge Park for twice-weekly sessions serving about 70 children in the boys program and a waiting list for girls. He said the program teaches life and social skills and a component on anti-gun violence.
