The council was briefed on a series of grants that will fund engineering and design work for a major sewer project. A presenter told the council the task order before them “is part of the OSG grama, so it's 100% grant,” and said that design work covered by the task order will allow the city to advance what staff described as an approximately $19,000,000 sewer project.
