The Warner Robins City Council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the Parks & Recreation Department to submit a pre-application to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant to support improvements at Tulliver Park. Councilman Clifford Holmes made the motion and the council approved it without recorded roll-call in the public transcript.
