Mercer County's board voted 6-0 Sept. 8 to approve Ordinance 8-26, reclassifying a 2.10-acre parcel (PIN 12-12-17-100-001) in Rivoli Township from AG‑1 agriculture to R‑1 residential. The motion to approve was made by Bill Henry and seconded by Tim Arbet. The board recorded the Zoning Board of Appeals report and a survey prepared by a licensed land surveyor in the county record.
