Matt Payette, Calumet County Director of Operations, updated the Administrative Services Committee on operations projects and personnel changes. Payette said the Phase 2 second‑floor courthouse remodel is progressing and that "A virtual walk-through should be available some time in September." He reported the county's ERP payroll module was launched in Tyler beginning in July and that "Employee access to payroll records, employee benefits and tax documents is now automated."
