County planning staff asked the commission to accept three exhibits into the hearing record: Exhibit A, the Visualize Jefferson County master plan (adopted 11/10/2025); Exhibit B, Jefferson County Chapter 400 of the Code of Ordinances (the Unified Development Ordinance, adopted 04/02/2008 and amended subsequently); and Exhibit C, the Planning Division case files and staff reports. Staff explained these documents are the analytical basis for evaluating zoning requests and moved to enter them into evidence.
