Board staff updated members on the Christie ("Royal") property at 76 8th Street Southwest, saying the owner "is cleaning up the property and tends to remodel the house" and that "property is being mowed." Staff noted they had not yet seen corrected invoices and that several returned invoices had the wrong address, which delayed processing.
