Staff recommends removing older signal projects as CCTA SmartSignals advances

Staff recommended retiring older Lafayette-specific signal projects because CCTA's SmartSignals program is advancing countywide signal technology that will include Lafayette intersections. "Since those projects were initially scoped, CCTA Smart Signals project has become kind of the primary vehicle for bringing more advanced signal technology to Lafayette," the presenter said.
