Wells County Council approves minutes, appropriations and fund transfers
At its Aug. 4 meeting the Wells County Council approved previously unapproved minutes, two additional appropriations (Jail Bond and CASA Grant funds) and several interfund transfers, each motion passing 6-0.

The Wells County Council approved routine meeting business and several budget actions at its Aug. 4 regular session in Bluffton. President Seth Whicker noted the roll call before the council voted to accept minutes from the July 7 regular session and the July 28 executive session; the motion, made by Todd Mahnensmith and seconded by Steve Huggins, carried 6-0.
