Council accepts compliance statements from multiple abatement recipients including American Fiber Tech, Liquid Spring and LudoFact
Several businesses—American Fiber Tech, Apex Warehouse, Dormie LLC, Liquid Spring Partners, TriClinic Labs and LudoFact USA—reported they are meeting milestones under their tax abatements; the council unanimously approved compliance statements for each.

Greater Lafayette Commerce's vice president of economic development, Brooklyn Borough, introduced a series of compliance statements from companies receiving tax abatements and said the formalized process will help local employers and the county. Jason Rainey, controller for American Fiber Tech, told the council the company is in compliance and praised the abatements for helping improve efficiencies.
