The Paradise Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 10-2026 on Aug. 17, 2026, approving the Preliminary/Final Minor Subdivision & Minor Land Development Plan for Unique Pocono Properties, LLC (Tax Parcel 11.5.3.10). The plan subdivides the 10-acre parcel into four lots intended for short-term rentals, with standalone stormwater facilities proposed for each lot.
