Commissioner Harold Collins read a series of proclamations recognizing residents and awareness observances. He proclaimed April 25, 2026 as Marion Ducree Day, honoring a long-time Union County resident and church organist celebrating her 100th birthday, and urged the community to celebrate her life. "I, sole commissioner Harold Collins, do hereby proclaim April 25, 2026 as Marion Ducree Day in Union County," the commissioner said.
