BOE marks Franklin cabin 'under construction', reduces assessed values

Glenn and Gretchen Franklin appeared at 3:15 p.m. and reported their cabin is gutted and currently under renovation. The BOE voted to change the building status to 'under construction', which reduced the building value to $27,400; the board also adjusted land residual to 'woods' and set a land value of $150,275, producing an overall assessed value of $177,675. The motion was made by Chris Biby and seconded by Butch Barnes and was carried unanimously.
