Virginia Stultz appeared in person on Aug. 25 and presented comparisons and condition notes for four parcels (PIDs 14457, 14438, 14444, 14445). For PID 14457 the board accepted a comparison to a renovated nearby property at 2376 Stoney Creek Rd (Larry Ryman) and reduced the building value by changing the grade adjustment, setting the building value at $252,200 and overall at $380,912.
