Albany County denies zoning change for 1437 Rosedale Road (ZDA-03-26)
After a contested public hearing, the Albany County Board of Commissioners denied a request to rezone 57 acres at 1437 Rosedale Road to commercial (ZDA-03-26). Planning staff recommended approval but the planning & zoning commission had voted 4–1 to deny; commissioners cited incompatibility with the county growth plan and traffic concerns.
