Commissioners approve Range Acres final plat, require fire-safety assurances
The Albany County Board of Commissioners approved the Range Acres Final Plat and Subdivision Permit SD-02-26 but required financial assurance and an approved fire suppression plan from Albany County Fire District #1 before final approval.

The Albany County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the Range Acres Final Plat and Subdivision Permit Application SD-02-26 on Aug. 4, adopting staff analysis, findings of fact and conclusions of law. Commissioner Hoff moved the approval; roll call showed Hoff, Gosar and Chairperson Jones voting aye.
