Staff presented a draft set of "core scope components" for a parks master plan RFP and asked the board whether the 2012 master plan and its methodology should serve as a template. Members agreed inventorying existing park assets and assessing conditions and ADA accessibility must be part of any scope, and they discussed whether the board's recent public survey is sufficient for community engagement or whether the consultant should conduct additional outreach.
