During discussion of the draft zoning ordinance, commissioners agreed to use the Grant County setback requirement table (page 9) to replace the existing table on page 12 of the draft. The minutes state the commission is working from the Richland County zoning ordinance as a template and specifically selected Grant County's setback table as the replacement.
