Council authorizes conditional backup landscaping bid for delayed Maple Avenue stormwater work
Council approved a conditional $3,475 backup bid with Good Life Landscaping if Apex Landscaping does not complete the Maple Avenue stormwater project by April 7. The council also discussed landscaping constraints near pumping stations.

President Newnam told the council that Apex Landscaping had not begun the Maple Avenue stormwater work as scheduled and is now set to be on site April 7 (weather permitting). He moved to approve a backup bid from Good Life Landscaping for $3,475 to be awarded if Apex fails to complete the project by April 7; Commissioner Chase seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
