The Trappe Town Council voted unanimously March 4 to enter the Maryland Rural Water Association apprenticeship program for both water and wastewater operations. Patty Shreves, representing MD Rural Water Association, described the training and the council approved a motion by President Newnam and a second from Commissioner Chase.
