During the public comment period a local business owner identified to the dais as Robert said staff had inaccurately concluded his operations constituted a change in permitted uses under a CPD agreement and had imposed deadlines and fines as a result. He told the commission he holds a retail business tax receipt (BTR) and additional BTRs for other activities, and that staff demanded two more BTRs for shed sales and truck rentals.
