CRA staff outlined major infrastructure projects in the FY27 CIP including an $8.7M Seminole Streetscape/undergrounding project, downtown dock replacement increasing slips from 13 to 30, and Stittmann drainage and sidewalk improvements scheduled for early 2027 construction.
