Committee unanimously adopts ordinance expanding rapid transit development zone (Item 1 g 1)
The committee voted unanimously to adopt Item 1 g 1, an ordinance amending Section 33(c)(2) of the Miami-Dade County code to add specified private property to the MetroMover subzone of the rapid transit system development zone. The public hearing drew no speakers.

Miami-Dade County committee members voted unanimously to adopt Item 1 g 1, an ordinance amending Section 33(c)(2) of the Code of Miami-Dade County to expand the MetroMover subzone of the rapid transit system development zone to include certain private property. Chairman Gilbert opened the public hearing and, "Public hearing is open on this item," he said; seeing no one step forward, the chair closed the hearing and the committee proceeded to a vote.
