Committee member Brian O’Herlihy reminded the CIPC that Finance Director Brian Keveny had recommended funding project #29 (Elementary Feasibility Study) with Exempt Debt and seeking it as a separate warrant article at the 2027 Annual Town Meeting. Members agreed to include #29 in the committee’s preliminary prioritization.
