Pulte representatives presented a concept plan for one of two adjacent development sites on Converse Huff Road, describing a primarily single-family subdivision made up of 52‑foot and 60‑foot lots. The project team said there are "approximately, 2 40 lots" and estimated density at about 2.77 units per acre and roughly 24–25 acres of open space, or about 30% of the site.
