The Montecito Sanitary District Board received a presentation from Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf regarding the District's Fiscal Year 2024–25 Financial Statements Audit and, on motion by Director Rockenbach seconded by Director Johnson, voted to receive and file the audit report and Letter of Required Communications. The minutes identify the presenter in the motion language as Jon Britton, CPA of Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf; the motion carried with AYES from Directors Barrett, Johnson, Ohlmann and Rockenbach and Director Murphy recorded as absent.
