Lee Anderson of Kueny Architects, LLC provided a virtual walkthrough of the suggested Phase 2 second‑floor remodeling by area and presented a procurement schedule to the Administrative Services Committee on Sept. 8. Anderson outlined the timeline: bid documents will be released Oct. 13, a walkthrough for prospective bidders is scheduled for Oct. 22, and the bid opening is set for Nov. 12.
