A public commenter identified as Jenny told the Clinton School board that the district's Early Learning Program (ELP) has started the year differently and that the changes have had immediate classroom benefits. "That ELP program has started off in a different way this year as you guys know, and it's been amazing," the commenter said, praising smaller class sizes and more opportunities for instruction.
