The Routt County Board of Adjustment on July 13 tabled PL2026044, a request by appellants Kevin Rohnstock and Claudia Anderson to expand a garage at 31650 Aspen Ridge Road into the 50-foot setback. The board voted 4–0 to table the application to the Aug. 10, 2026 hearing so the applicant could pursue a redesign and allow a possible site visit.
