The chair told members the 2023 master plan has been uploaded to the committee website and that David Galbraith provided a Word version of the institutional-zone master-plan section to support tracked edits. "David Galbraith gave us a word version of the institutional zone, the Master Plan section, that will make it much easier for us to evaluate," the chair said.
