Planning commission clears consent agenda; one item withdrawn
The commission approved several noncontroversial consent items (A–D) and noted item E was withdrawn by the applicant; the consent agenda passed by voice vote.

The Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission approved its consent agenda, excluding item E which the chair said had been withdrawn by the applicant. A commissioner moved for approval of the remaining consent items, the motion was seconded and the commission approved the consent slate by voice vote.
