ZBA holds training on navigating Biddeford’s code of ordinances

Robbie Fecto, Buildings and Regulations staff for the City of Biddeford, led a training session for the Zoning Board of Appeals on how to access and interpret the city’s online Code of Ordinances. He directed members to the city website’s Government menu and the “Code of Ordinances” link, noting that newly approved amendments first appear under a “New Laws” section and can take about 60–90 days to be integrated into the main codified text.
