Committee says archival conversion and missing editing gear must be fixed to relaunch programming
Members reported archival videotapes exist but some editing equipment was removed; they recommended converting VHS/miniDV archives to digital files, using archives to populate channels while new programming is recruited, and inventorying what equipment must be replaced.

Committee members stressed that archival footage is a valuable immediate resource but that some editing equipment has been removed from the edit bay, slowing conversion and distribution. Richard James said he has located old tapes from local events and suggested converting them for broadcast to show channels are active while new programming is recruited.
