S4 read a resolution and contract language concerning a government-obligation contract dated July 17 and described the need for the acquisition of a skid steer. Reading from the draft she stated that the governing body "has determined that a true and very real need exists for the acquisition of the equipment described in exhibit a of the government obligation contract dated 07/17/2036," and asked the board to approve entering into the contract and authorize signatories.
