Planning staff presented a draft local law to allow hotels within the Fishkill Development District and to permit hotels to be mixed with other permitted uses on the same site. Staff summarized the key edits: allowing mixed uses on a single site, removing a restriction on in-room kitchen facilities, eliminating the cap on the number of dwelling units within the dimensional caps, and adding a 12-foot setback requirement from public streets.
