City reports LED streetlight conversion 81% complete; light-synchronization in early proofing
Public works reported conduit proofing for future light synchronization and said the LED streetlight conversion is about 81% complete (1,924 fixtures noted), with decorative and median replacements scheduled in early August.

Staff told the committee the light-synchronization project is still in its conduit-proofing (inventory) phase and that additional conduit work is needed before signal-sync construction begins. The city is not yet into vertical improvements for synchronization but is compiling an inventory to estimate necessary conduit installations.
