The Union City Borough Council is scheduled to review a proposed amendment to the borough zoning ordinance that would address data centers at its May 12, 2026 meeting at First Global Methodist Church. The posted agenda lists "REVIEW PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR DATA CENTERS & POSSIBLY APPROVE ADVERTISING THE ORDINANCE."
