A borough staff member posted an agenda announcing a public hearing for Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, to consider a codification of the zoning code that includes Zoning Ordinance #1118. The notice says the codification would "provide for the repeal of certain legislation not included therein; to save from repeal certain other legislation not included therein; and to provide penalties for tampering with the code." The hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at First Global Methodist Church, 42 East High Street, Union City.
