The Wyoming County Finance Committee on Sept. 1 authorized the chairman to sign a lease and maintenance contract with Quadient Leasing USA Inc. for the government center postage machine in an amount not to exceed $13,255, covering Jan. 1, 2027, through Dec. 31, 2031 (Munis Contract #3983). The motion was made by Supervisor Rudgers and carried 7–0, with Supervisor Smith listed as absent.
