At the meeting close staff asked commissioners for direction on process and next steps. Johanna Blanco said staff will circulate revised redlines, produce visual examples showing what proposed square-foot allowances look like at human scale, and provide comparisons from other communities when helpful. "I'll follow-up with you guys tomorrow. And then if you guys want any materials from us that'll help your decision making... we can provide those to you, whether that be 10 different communities signed, definitely. We can do that or visuals, whatever y'all need," Blanco said.
