Plan Commission conditionally approves Mosmatic cold‑storage site with 16 requirements

The Village of Bristol Plan Commission recommended conditional approval June 24 of a site plan for a single cold‑storage building for Mosmatic Real Estate Inc. The commission limited approval to the proposed first building and imposed 16 conditions, including a revised grading plan, a lighting plan, a Type 3 landscape bufferyard along public streets, and wetlands mitigation or correspondence from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources before any wetland impacts are permitted.
